Oleksandr Lytvynenko met with Ambassador of Romania to Ukraine Alexandru Victor Micula

On Wednesday, 1 May, Secretary of the National Security and Defence Council of Ukraine Oleksandr Lytvynenko met with Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Romania to Ukraine Alexandru Victor Micula. The dialogue focused on the development of Ukrainian-Romanian cooperation in security and defence.

Oleksandr Lytvynenko expressed his gratitude for Romania's support of Ukraine's sovereignty and territorial integrity, humanitarian and other assistance, and emphasised the importance of continuing closer and more systematic cooperation between the two countries.

In particular, the parties discussed the possibility of signing a memorandum of cooperation and partnership.
