Commenting on the information that appeared in some foreign media about the allegedly pessimistic mood of the Ukrainian military and doubts about the ability to launch a counteroffensive, Oleksiy Danilov noted that the next stage of the information war has begun.

According to the NSDC Secretary, the russian federation is "exhaling" and, "unfortunately, not everyone has an understanding of what to do with it." At the same time, he emphasized that the process of fragmentation of russia is irreversible. the russians are already talking about moving the capital deep into the russian federation, "let's help them do it," Oleksiy Danilov said.

He called the proposals to put Crimea, the territories of Donetsk and Luhansk regions "under brackets" unacceptable, saying that the entire temporarily occupied territory will definitely be liberated.

"A very difficult stage for our country is beginning, but we have partners who help us with weapons, and we will go through it with honor," Oleksiy Danilov concluded.

In this context, he appealed to representatives of the Ukrainian mass media not to support another wave of disinformation.

The issue of Bakhmut, Secretary of the NSDC of Ukraine also informed, the last three to four months is the key one, every meeting of the Headquarters of the Supreme Commander begins with it. A unanimous decision was made to continue the defense of this city, said Oleksiy Danilov, adding that none of the representatives of the military command, who were present at the meeting of the Headquarters, "did not object, moreover, they all claimed that this is a key important moment in the overall strategy protection of Ukraine".

Answering the question, the NSDC Secretary noted that the peace plan will be primarily a Ukrainian peace plan. "Without us, no one will decide our fate," he said. - We have our Constitution, our laws, our territory, we will offer our vision of how the world should be."

In this context, Oleksiy Danilov recalled the "peace formula" of President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy, which, according to him, "is unchanged" and is fully supported by Ukrainian society. He also reminded that the course for joining the EU and NATO is enshrined in the Basic Law.

"We need victory, permanent peace, a return to the borders of 1991, then the tasks of this stage of our country's development will be fulfilled," Secretary of the NSDC of Ukraine said. - We need to put an end to it once and for all, so that russia forever gets rid of the desire to poke its nose into the territory of Ukraine."
