Education:
1993 – Odessa Higher Military Combined School.
2001 – National Defense Academy of Ukraine.
2012 – National Defense University of Ukraine.
Military service:
He rose through the ranks from platoon commander to head of the Main Directorate of Defense Planning of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
From May 24 to October 15, 2025 – Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
On October 15, 2025, by Decree of the President of Ukraine No. 780/2025, he was appointed First Deputy Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine.
Areas of professional competence: military issues – coordination of all issues with the Security and Defense Forces sector to strengthen the army, coordination and preparation of meetings of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief's Headquarters.
