NSDC Secretary of Ukraine Leads Delegation for Negotiations with the Russian Side: Relevant Presidential Decree Published

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy has approved the composition of the delegation which today, July 23, will take part in the negotiation process with Ukraine's international partners, as well as with representatives of Russia in Istanbul, Turkey.

The delegation is headed by the Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council, Rustem Umerov.

The corresponding Decree "On the Delegation of Ukraine for Participation in the Negotiation Process with International Partners of Ukraine, as well as with Representatives of the Russian Federation on the Achievement of a Just and Lasting Peace" dated July 22, 2025, has been published on the website of the Office of the President of Ukraine.
