On the order of crossing the state border of Ukraine during the outbreak of acute COVID-19 respiratory disease caused by the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus
Starting from 12:00 AM March 17, 2020, checkpoints of crossing the Ukrainian state border will be closed for aviation, rail and bus service for the next two weeks. Checkpoints are open for Ukrainian citizens traveling by private transport.
The NSDC asks all citizens of Ukraine to return by March 17, 2020.
In case of emergencies, Ukrainian citizens will be transferred by special flights.
Starting from 12:00 AM March 16, 2020, entry into the territory of Ukraine of foreigners and stateless persons will be suspended for the next two weeks, except for persons who are entitled to permanent or temporary residence in the territory of Ukraine, and under separate decisions of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine – for the accredited staff of diplomatic missions, consular offices, representative offices of international organizations, etc.
