This was the focus of a working meeting initiated by Secretary of the National Security and Defence Council of Ukraine Oleksandr Lytvynenko and chaired by First Deputy Secretary Ruslan Khomchak.

The discussion was attended by representatives of the Ministry of Defence, the Ministry of Strategic Industries, the Ministry of Energy, the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine, the Office of the President of Ukraine and others.

During the meeting, the participants analysed the damage to critical infrastructure in the fuel and energy sector and considered ways to protect these facilities from enemy air strikes of all types: missiles, aerial bombs, "Shaheds", drones, etc.

At the same time, representatives of the security agencies discussed in detail the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine aimed at countering enemy attacks and ensuring the protection of critical infrastructure, as well as the issue of strengthening the potential of the national defence industry.

During the meeting, the parties discussed the needs and scope of the necessary means of countering missile attacks.
After all the issues have been worked out, specific proposals on the needs will be submitted to the Supreme Commander-in-Chief's Staff.
