Oleksandr Lytvynenko met with the delegation of the European Union

On Wednesday, December 11, Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine Oleksandr Lytvynenko met with a delegation of the European Union led by Peter Wagner, Director of the European Commission's External Action Service. The dialogue was also attended by the EU Ambassador to Ukraine Katarina Mathernova.

The topics discussed included deepening integration with the EU and security guarantees for Ukraine.

For his part, Peter Wagner, Director of the European Commission's External Action Service, noted that Ukraine's initiative on security guarantees, which include measures to counter Russian aggression, is an element of ensuring a sustainable and stable peace.

The parties expressed hope for further expansion of cooperation.
