NSDC Office and Transatlantic Dialogue Center sign Memorandum of Cooperation
On Tuesday, 7 May, Secretary of the National Security and Defence Council of Ukraine Oleksandr Lytvynenko and President of the Transatlantic Dialogue Center Maksym Skrypchenko signed a Memorandum of Cooperation. The purpose of the document is to cooperate and exchange information and experience within the framework of their respective functions and powers.
The document defines several lines of cooperation. In particular, establishing international relations: informing foreign governments, the media, the expert community, and civil society about the state of affairs in Ukraine.
