Oleksandr Turchynov: Our missile program includes the complete production cycle

Ukrainian weapons must exceed the Russian analogs. This was stated by Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine Oleksandr Turchynov in an interview with the "Livyi Bereg" online newspaper.

In this context, he highly appreciated the work of national designers and gunsmiths: "Today, we started to produce Ukrainian missiles, all components of which are also produced in Ukraine".

Secretary of the NSDC of Ukraine stressed that the latest tests demonstrated not just a high quality of our missiles but also the fact that they are better than the Russian analogs. "The production of a missile is not only the development of the body, warhead, launcher and control system, it is also a solid rocket fuel. We produce all the elements of combat missiles, our missile program includes the complete production cycle", - Mr. Turchynov said.

"Today, we are regaining Ukraine's lost positions of a state that possesses modern missile technologies. And this is not only a military topic but a peaceful space as well", - he stated.
