The Secretary of the National Security and Defence Council of Ukraine Andriy Parubiy met with the Head of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission in Ukraine Ertugrul Apakan
On the 12th of June the Secretary of the NSDC of Ukraine Andriy Parubiy met with the Ambassador, the Head of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission in Ukraine Ertugrul Apakan. Еhe Ambassador of Switzerland in Ukraine Christian Shonenberher also took part in the meeting as representative of a country which currently chairs the OSCE.
The sides discussed the facts, that confirm the direct presence of Russian security services and militants on the territory of Ukraine.
