Oleksandr Turchynov presented diplomas to graduates officers who will serve in the ranks of the National Guard

The Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine Oleksandr Turchynov presented diplomas to best graduates in 2015 of the faculty of the National Academy of Internal Affairs of Ukraine training personnel for the National Guard of Ukraine.

«Today you received diplomas certifying your readiness to become a part of glorious ranks of the National Guard», - stressed Oleksandr Turchynov, speaking to the officers and cadets.

«You are prescheduled graduates because the country is going through difficult times», - he said. The Secretary of the NSDC thanked the parents of the graduates for «raising  their children in a way to become brave warriors and the honor of the country».

«I am convinced that they will go worthily their way of the commanding officers of the National Guard», - he stressed.
