Despite military aggression, the infrastructure of the liberated Donbas is being restored. This was stated by Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine Oleksandr Turchynov in the ATO zone during the opening of the bridge across the Siverskyi Donets river in the city of Rubizhne in Luhansk region, rebuilt by military servicemen of the 19th separate bridge detachment of the State Special Transport Service.

In his speech, Secretary of the NSDC of Ukraine reminded that the bridge was destroyed in 2014 by Russian-terrorist groupings.

Mr. Turchynov stressed that the servicemen of the SSDS had completely rebuilt the bridge, and "today we have a new infrastructure object vital for the region". "This bridge will provide reliable communication on the road of state importance between Rubizhne and Lisichansk", - he noted.

"Despite the war, the restoration of the infrastructure of the liberated Donbas is ongoing", - Secretary of the NSDC of Ukraine said appreciating the contribution of our military to the reconstruction of such facilities. "Our military servicemen not only defend the country but also help to restore civilian infrastructure", - Oleksandr Turchynov said. - I express huge gratitude to them for serving Ukraine".
