You are the youngest and most advanced component of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, created by the best examples of relevant units of NATO member states.

However, in a very short time, in tough circumstances, you have acquired combat capability and, with honor and dignity, are actively involved in protecting our state from the armed aggression of the Russian Federation.

Soldiers of the SOF units are the military elite of the state. You have become the pride of the Ukrainian Army, and your loyalty to the oath is a vivid example of serving the Ukrainian people who know that you faithfully, fearlessly and selflessly complete the most challenging combat tasks, constantly risking your life.

Many of you have received distinguished state awards for courage and heroism. I express my sincere gratitude to you for the military service and a significant contribution to our common cause - protection of Ukraine. I am proud of your professionalism, courage, and dedication!

On this day, we cherish the memory of those warriors who gave their lives for the peaceful future of Ukraine. Their names will stay in our memory forever. Eternal glory to them!

I am convinced that a high level of psychological, physical and combat training, professionalism, unbreakable and invincible fighting spirit, a combination of experience and love for Ukraine will further help you to honorably solve the tasks of protecting the Homeland under any conditions.
