Address of Secretary of the NSDC of Ukraine Oleksiy Danilov on the occasion of the Heavenly Hundred Remembrance Day

Today, all Ukraine celebrates the Heavenly Hundred Remembrance Day - remembrance of those people who have rebelled against injustice to defend their ideals of democracy, civil rights and freedoms, the European future of our country.

They were ordinary people - scientists, programmers, artists, students, teachers, entrepreneurs... And they all gave the most precious they had - their life so that we could live in a new, free and democratic state.

May the memory of the Heroes live forever! They will remain in our memory and in the memory of our descendants. It is our duty to follow the path of unity, peace and democracy, to build a truly European state.
