The Head of the NSDC Staff A. Ziuz presented the information and analytical system "SOTA" to the representatives of the CSEU in Ukraine
The Head of the Staff of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine Andriy Ziuz presented the information and analytical system "SOTA" (IAS "SOTA") to the representatives of the European Union Consultative Mission in Ukraine.
"IAS "SOTA" - risk management system in the spheres of national security and defense. We receive a large amount of information from authorities, and by synthesizing this data, based on analytical reports generated by SOTA, we provide information to the top management of the state," noted A. Ziuz.
During the meeting, it was also discussed the need to strengthen the information and analytical activities of the NSDC Staff in wartime conditions, in particular, the introduction of a mobile component for guaranteed access to information resources and information systems, the functioning of which is ensured by the NSDC Staff in peacetime and in wartime conditions .
In this context, a perspective mobile scheme for the deployment and operation of the analytical system of the Main Situation Center and the NSDC Staff was presented to the representatives of the European Union Consultative Mission.
The proposed option for placing the equipment practically makes it impossible to lose information and equipment and significantly simplifies the procedure for exchanging data with limited access between the situational centers of the security and defense sector bodies and the MSC of Ukraine.
The presence of mobile telecommunications nodes enables the rapid deployment of the control point the of the NSDC Staff within no more than 30 minutes, the connection of the required number of employees' workplaces to all systems of the NSDC Staff and the provision of adequate technical protection of information.
The European Union Consultative Mission was invited to participate in the implementation and implementation of this mobile component of the work of the the Staff of the NSDC in the conditions of martial law and emergency situations.
