Ukraine's requirements for peace remain unchanged - it is the fulfillment of President Volodymyr Zelenskyi's formula.

This was emphasized by Oleksiy Danilov, Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, on the air of Suspilne TV channel on Tuesday, May 16, 2023, when asked what to expect from the visit of the Chinese Special Representative to Ukraine.

"Recently, many countries have stepped up their assistance. Our position in the negotiations is simple and transparent. The four key points emphasized by our President are unchanged: the 1991 borders; the responsibility of putin and his clique for all the atrocities they committed on the territory of our country; full compensation for the losses our country has suffered; security guarantees that will make it impossible for any country to attack us in the future," he said.

According to Oleksiy Danilov, Ukraine should return to the 1991 borders. "Our country has its own Constitution, which clearly defines the country's territory," he summarized.
