Ukraine's victory plan, frontline, energy: Oleksandr Lytvynenko met with journalists from leading EU media
On Wednesday, 2 October, Secretary of the National Security and Defence Council of Ukraine Oleksandr Lytvynenko met with leading journalists and editors from Italy, Spain, Portugal and EU publications specialising in covering Ukrainian issues.
The parties discussed important issues of Ukrainian wartime diplomacy. In particular, Oleksandr Lytvynenko informed the journalists about the security situation in Ukraine, the course of events at the frontline, and the need to increase military, technical, financial and economic assistance to Ukraine from foreign countries. He also stressed the importance of telling the world the truth about what Ukraine is going through and the need to jointly resist the spread of russian propaganda in the information space of European countries.
The meeting with the Secretary of the National Security and Defence Council of Ukraine was organised at the initiative of the Foreign Policy Council ‘Ukrainian Prism’ and the French think tank Eastern Circles. The main goal of the journalists' trip is to keep Ukraine in the focus of foreign audiences.
