The Victory Plan and the Resilience Plan: NSDC Secretary met with the delegation of the Republic of Lithuania
On Thursday, November 21, Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine Oleksandr Lytvynenko met with a delegation from the Republic of Lithuania. The meeting focused on security issues. In particular, they focused on the implementation of the Victory Plan of President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy and the Internal Resilience Plan of Ukraine.
The Ukrainian and Lithuanian sides discussed the key points of the documents. The NSDC Secretary emphasized that Ukraine is striving for a just and sustainable peace, which is why our country needs real security guarantees from its partners.
He also noted Lithuania's significant and timely support and informed the delegation about the situation at the frontline and the urgent needs of the Ukrainian military to continue the fight against the Russian aggressor.
For her part, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Lithuania to Ukraine Inga Stanitė-Tolokienė emphasized that Ukraine is fighting for the security of Europe.
The parties agreed to strengthen bilateral contacts and cooperation.
