Oleg Hladkovskiy visited the production of unmanned systems in Turkey

During his visit to Turkey, First Deputy to the Secretary of the NSDC of Ukraine Oleg Hladkovskiy visited Baykar Makina (Istanbul), a company specializing in the production of unmanned systems.

Mr. Hladkovskiy inspected the production of unmanned systems of the company and held talks on the possibility of supplying UAVs to Ukraine.

According to him, today the Ukrainian army needs UAVs not only for carrying out reconnaissance missions but also for coordinating artillery fire and defeating the enemy's personnel targets and armored vehicles.

The parties further explored the possibility of opening a joint center for the development and manufacture of drones with improved characteristics, in particular, the production of a multipurpose unmanned aerial vehicle HALE.

Oleg Hladkovskiy emphasized that the aforementioned multipurpose drone can be used not only for the needs of both countries but also for foreign markets. And the respective Center can be established with the participation of enterprises of the state concern "Ukroboronprom" within the aviation cluster.
